This hand-forged high-carbon laminated blade is made with Japanese white paper steel and holds a beautiful edge. Simple, elegant forged knife that is one of a kind. Each new piece varies.
The handle scales are made from a Spanish wood called Madrone. This is a great little knife for sandwich cutting, or other all around light kitchen work. Care instructions included.
